Shipping Terms

1. Mex Transit, S. A. de C. V. recognizes and accept as a tranportation and international trade company, to maintain the quality, service and safety standards with its customers and their merchandises and products with the service providers.

2. The shipments that we make through Mexican cargo lines, have established in their bill of landing the insurance coverage for partial or total loss of the goods, in accordance with Article 66 of the Highway and Federal Transportation Regulations that are in force in Mexico and such coverage is the same that we apply to our customers in each one of the services that we provide.

3. The international cargo companies have insurance policies for the shipments that are entrusted to us and its coverage varies depending on the service that is selected. Such coverages are made of knowledge of our customers prior to the shipment of their products.

4. Mex Transit is able to provide additional insurance coverage to the ones mentioned above in case that your company does not have insurance coverage for the shipment of its products. This insurance is provided at low cost and have coverage inside and outside of the Mexican territory.

5. Our services are offered in accordance with the truthfull information provided by our customers and its products will be shipped  and carried according to the standards specified by the laws and regulations of each geographic area in which the products have to transit.

6. Mex Transit will be able to provide credit terms to its customers with the prior written approval of its Credit Department.
